COVINGTON 2015

BEYOND THE CURB | COVINGTON
The City of Covington has undergone a dramatic transformation over the last three years, and therefore has created a precedent for urban renaissance in the region. More than $20 million in new development has occurred and another $165 million is in the works that has new residents, businesses, and visitors flocking back to the city’s core. This swift recovery is largely a result of developments that were featured on the tour in April 2015!
Beyond the Curb featured the City of Covington on April 19, 2015. The tour exposed twelve unique properties in Covington’s dynamic Licking Riverside, Pike Street Corridor, and MainStrasse Village neighborhoods. In true urban fashion, we encouraged tour goers to go beyond the curb by walking, biking, or carpooling to each of the tour stops.
