Season 3, Episode 9: Harbour Home in Dayton, KY

The river is almost like another room in your house.

Also, you can dock your boat just down the street!

Things are happening on Dayton’s riverfront. In addition to the single family homes and apartment communities (see this episode), the Manhattan Harbour development will now have townhomes and condos.

In this episode, we tour one of the townhomes, which has chic living areas, 3 bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths. The best amenity, of course, is that the river is RIGHT THERE. It was a windy day when we filmed the episode, but you can clearly see how connected to the river you would be in this home.

The nearby walking paths on Manhattan Boulevard and at the top of the levee let residents and visitors experience the views along this beautiful stretch of the river. If you’ve not yet been to the Manhattan Harbour Yacht Club, stop by on a Friday or Saturday evening for a casual dinner, music and lots of boats bobbing gently on the water. It’s a great way to kick back–close to everything, while giving you a vacation state of mind.
