This tour takes you inside two new houses that blend beautifully with their historic Covington, KY neighborhood.
Built on two vacant lots, these joined homes have many of the details of historic homes combined with the modern floor plans, windows and efficient systems of new houses.
They were developed by Urban Community Developers, a nonprofit organization working in Northern Kentucky’s urban river cities. Its goal is the revitalization of urban neighborhoods, using new home ownership as the catalyst for positive change.
