Our tour starts at Wooden Cask Brewing Company. On tour day (Oct. 1), come here to pick up your official ticket that will get you into all the properties. You will also receive a booklet with lots of info about the friendly city of Newport.

Built in 1887 as a bowling alley, this building now houses the Wooden Cask Brewing Company, including a tap room with an original tin ceiling and a full brewery, with space for the wooden casks in which some of the beer varieties are aged. The bar and some of the tables are made from the original bowling lanes. Master Brewer Randy Schiltz offers a variety of beers, including traditional British-style ales, American wheat and an IPA, as well as their higher-abv, barrel-aged beers. The tap room is family and community-friendly and a nice place to hang out!
