This 2-story house was built in 1880. The current owner has lived here for 4-1/2 years. A flood on the first floor necessitated some renovations, which led to turning the front bedroom into a sitting room, as well as a new kitchen and new hardwood floors. The fireplace in the sitting room was hidden behind layers of plaster and drywall but is now the centerpiece of the room, with exposed brick against navy walls.
