Inspiring infill

This lovely home was designed by the owner and built in 2018 on a vacant lot. Its curated decor showcases the owner’s love of natural materials, original art, handmade ceramics and reclaimed elements (the entry tile and all the doors are from old buildings). The peaceful interior and huge windows that look out on a charming urban garden make the home feel spacious, welcoming and highly personal. An area adjacent to the kitchen was intended to be a home office, but now provides the perfect place to paint. The home office has moved to the upper level, along with the guest room.
