Paul Miller, aka Paulie the Clown, came to Ludlow in 2009 because he found the perfect building for his circus: the 1946 Ludlow Theatre. Paul and his wife, Renee, renovated the building and opened Circus Mojo, hosting performers from around the world to delight and inspire Northern Kentucky families. In 2010, Paul discovered Bircus Beer (pronounced “beercus”), which was the brainchild of circus owners in Belgium. He brought it stateside, gathered investors and expanded the theater into a brewery, where “the surreal world of circus meets the simple love of beer.”
