Built in 2009, the apartments in this complex are currently being updated with new flooring, lighting, cabinets and counters. They offer studio and 2-bedroom apartments, like the one on our tour. The unique features of this floorplan are the movable walls that allow residents to configure the space to suit their needs. The walls can be rolled back so the rooms are completely open to each other or split up to create a wall and door. Seminary Square Lofts is a pet-friendly community with plenty of green space for dogs. In addition to the fitness center, residents enjoy the large open deck on the third floor.
