The interior of this reworked late 1800’s house is a refreshing blend of modern, mid-century and industrial farmhouse styles. To create the generously-sized living room, the owner closed off the front door, removed an off-center fireplace and took down one wall. Visitors now enter through the side door, which has created an improved flow throughout the first floor. The kitchen is newly renovated and features a tiled backsplash that references the old brick of the neighborhood. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and bathroom and the top floor is an Airbnb suite. Future plans include a parking pad off the alley, new fences and landscaping. The three lots next door will be the home of three new, high-end townhomes, each with a view of downtown Cincinnati. This tour stop is exclusively sponsored by Fedders Construction, who will be building these new townhomes.
