The renovation of this historic warehouse (now called Pike Star) began in 2014. Orleans Development strategically planned it in two phases. Phase I included 7 market-rate loft apartments and a commercial space for UpTech Business Accelerator. Phase II was complete in the fall of 2016. This phase includes the commercial space at 114 W. Pike St. (also on this tour), as well as four unique residential lofts.

The featured unit offers 1,700 sft of living space on two levels. Exposed brick, antique fire doors and a spiral staircase are showcased in this excellent example of urban design. The upstairs level of the apartment has an original skylight, as well as lots of bright, open space.
