Newport has been in the news a lot lately, with the Levee’s renovation, the in-progress Ovation project, Baker’s Table’s many national awards, the Rt. 9 expansion, and the city’s 225th birthday festivities. We invite you to take a closer look at the exciting things happening in Newport’s West Side and Clifton neighborhoods.
New interest in the West Side is fueled by an influx of business investment, including New Riff’s rick house and all the amazing riverfront development, as well as the beautiful historic houses and bustling Momouth St. shopping and entertainment district.
Up on the hill, the Clifton neighborhood is known for panoramic views of Newport, the river and the Cincinnati skyline. The redevelopment of a large vacant building into Skypoint Luxury Condos is drawing signifanct interest from new residents and developers.
On this tour, you will get an exclusive peek inside the homes, condos, and apartments that are taking advantage of the views and access available in this part of the city. We have also put together an Insider’s Guide to the West Side’s best places to eat, drink, shop, and have fun.
Mark your calendar for Sunday, April 19 and scroll down for a preview of the properties featured on the tour. You can also check out our Facebook page for teasers and details. Get your tickets here and we hope to see you in Newport on April 19th!
